Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to high-net-worth leads (HNI clients, investors) sourced from CRM, referrals, and databases.
  • Qualify prospects, pitch premium properties, and handle objections to secure site visits or virtual tours.
  • Build rapport via phone/video, nurture leads through follow-ups, and close high-value deals (₹70L+ tickets).
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, hit daily/weekly call targets (100+ calls/day), and collaborate with on-ground agents.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory to deliver compelling value propositions.
