It is an Outbound Collections process.
Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.
Chennai Languages required: Tamil ,English
Chennai: Gross Salary's 15700/-In hand after deduction-12500/-(Medical insurance and provident funds)Incentive's up-to 12000/- based on the performance every month.
