Job Description:
• Handle Outbound Voice process.
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Contact debtors to inquire their payment status.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Possess strong negotiation skills and ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.
• Achieve Daily Recovery Resolution (DRR) as per Milestones set.
