Senior Telesales Associate

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Telesales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, proven ability to close deals over calls, and experience handling high-quality leads.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate sales
• Engage with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable properties
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits clearly
• Schedule site visits / meetings with the sales team when required
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate telesales or inside sales
• Excellent spoken English communication (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and qualified leads
• Customer-focused approach with a sales-driven mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
