Senior Telesales Officer

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. 

• Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. 

• Closing sales and achieving sales targets. 

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative 

will be an added advantage. 

• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales within timelines.
