Job Description
- Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their vehicle issues, and answering questions.
- Communication Bridge: Translating technical jargon from mechanics into understandable language for the customer and relaying customer needs to technicians.
- Service Coordination: Scheduling appointments, setting up loaner vehicles, and ensuring parts and shop progress align.
- Estimates & Invoicing: Providing cost estimates, processing payments, and reviewing final invoices.
- Problem Solving: Addressing unexpected issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with the final service.
