An Automotive Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact between customers and service technicians, managing appointments, explaining repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for assessing vehicle needs, providing estimates, scheduling repairs, and following up with customers on the status of their vehicle. Additionally, service advisors may upsell additional services and maintain records of service activities.

Customer Interaction and Communication:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their needs: Understanding the customer's vehicle's issues and service requests. 
  • Communicating repair needs and recommendations: Explaining the recommended course of action and providing estimates for repairs. 
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints: Resolving issues promptly and professionally. 
  • Following up with customers: Updating them on the status of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction. 

Service Management:
