Job Description

Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Fresher)

Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala & Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: Work from Office

Role: We are looking for talented and enthusiastic fresher candidates to join our IT Service Desk/Technical Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in IT Support, working on critical systems and gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer interaction.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, including computers, printers, and software programs.
  • Reset passwords and resolve basic IT-related challenges efficiently.
  • Handle network-related tasks such as managing LAN/WAN/MAN connections, routers, and switches (Cisco knowledge preferred).
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance for client servers (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
  • Perform server administration, data backup, and technical maintenance tasks.
  • Provide support for a range of software applications.
  • Qualifications:Education: B-Tech (CSE, IT, ECE), BCA, MCA, or BSc IT (Provisional/Degree Certificate Mandatory).

Experience:

  • Freshers who graduated in or before 2024.
  • Key Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking and basic troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Cisco network devices and PC troubleshooting (optional but preferred).


Additional Role Details:

  • Shift Timing: 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Transport Facility: Company-provided cab services within a 20 km radius.
  • Interview Process: Initial communication screening followed by technical interviews.
  • Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners are preferred.
