Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for machine installation, servicing, and breakdown support
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance
- Ensure minimum machine downtime at customer location
- Prepare service reports and get customer confirmation
- Coordinate with internal service and spare parts teams
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
Required Skills:
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of machines, electrical, or electronics
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites
- Basic computer knowledge for reports and emails
- Good communication skills
