Service Engineer

We are recruiting in the Pan India region for an industry leading provider of Clean Air services. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to recruit a Clean Room Validation Engineer. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running, with extensive experience commissioning and re-balancing systems in clean rooms across Healthcare sites and Pharmaceutical and Semi conductor Industry . You will also be carrying out DOP and HEPA testing, measuring of airflow and pressure and auditing of air handling units.

Experience & Qualifications:

” Will hold Aeromech training.

” Holding the HVAC qualification would be beneficial to the role.

” Experience working as a Validation Engineer for an established Clean Air company.

” Well versed with relevant Health and Safety / HTM 03-01/ ISO 14644/ISO 17025 : 2017 guidelines.

” IT literate.

” Excellent communication skills.

The Role:

” Carrying out testing on critical ventilation systems, on Healthcare sites, ensuring to validate and verify the systems in line with industry relevant guidelines.

” Air flow and pressure measuring.

” Microbiological air sampling and environmental measuring.

” Auditing air handling units (AHUs).

” Working on class 2 cabinets, fume cupboards, and laminar flows.

” Commissioning and re-balancing system in clean rooms.

” Carrying out rebalancing of air flow.

” DOP and HEPA testing.

” Ensuring to check and maintain the condition of equipment, arranging repairs when required.

” Producing detailed reports to clients based on site findings.

” Liaising with clients, providing excellent support and advice.

” Carrying out work in line with industry relevant guidelines.
