Service Engineer

Position: Field Service Engineer

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Petrol Allowance

Note: Salary will be fixed based on experience and increased based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot LED boards, GPS units, cameras, and MNVR boxes installed in buses.

Visit bus depots during night hours.

Perform wiring checks, installation support, and functional testing when required.

Coordinate with the Chennai support team for updates and escalations.

Submit daily service logs, reports, and maintenance updates.

Ensure timely resolution of all bus-related technical issues.

Communicate with depot authorities and maintain professional relationships.

Follow safety standards while working in depot environments.

Qualifications

ITI or Diploma in EEE / ECE / Electrical.

Must be ready for night shift field travel across the mentioned depots.

Two-wheeler preferred (petrol allowance provided).

Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.

Additional Requirements

Must be comfortable traveling between multiple depots.
