Job Description
- Install and commission vending machines at client sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or software issues in the machines.
- Maintain detailed service reports and records.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients.
- Train customers on basic machine usage and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the internal team for parts and escalations.
- Travel to various customer locations as needed.
