Job Title: Post Service Feedback (PSF) Caller

Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Post Service Feedback Callers. In this role, you will connect with customers after their automobile service, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers post-service.
• Collect and record customer feedback accurately.
• Address basic queries and escalate concerns when required.
• Support the customer experience team in improving service quality.

Requirements:

• Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada and Hindi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience and last drawn salary)
