Service Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Service Staff to deliver a warm café experience at Crafe. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling billing, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist them with seating
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve coffee, beverages, and food as per Crafe standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space
• Handle billing and payments responsibly
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista team for smooth service
• Respond to customer queries and resolve minor complaints calmly
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs at all times

Requirements

• Basic communication skills in English and Tamil
• Friendly attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior café or restaurant experience is a plus (freshers welcome)
• Physically fit to stand and move for long hours
