Job Description
Technicians have to do Door to Door service for Home appliances at Customer Places and will give feedback by call and soft close by mobile.
He has to report call by call and will be assigned one area.
He has to visit office in the morning, Assign calls, get spares and will go to field and evening he has to report in office.
Its a very job and he can earn more than an Engineer and IT employee. Currently 16 Technicians and Engineers working in my Franchisee.
We will train him and Petrol allowance given every month based on perforance and more allowances with package.
