Job Description
The Home Appliances Service Technician is responsible for installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of home appliances at customer locations, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Attend service calls for home appliances at customer sites
- Diagnose faults and repair appliances efficiently
- Install new appliances as per company standards
- Explain usage & maintenance tips to customers
- Replace defective spare parts and ensure proper fitment
- Maintain service reports / job cards accurately
- Collect service charges (if applicable) and submit to office
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Coordinate with service coordinator for daily job allocation
