IFB INDUSTRIES LTD :
A Home Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, air conditioners, and other domestic appliances at customer locations.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot home appliances.
- Repair and replace defective parts using appropriate tools.
- Perform installation and commissioning of new appliances.
- Conduct routine maintenance and service visits.
- Explain appliance usage, safety, and maintenance tips to customers.
- Maintain service reports and job records.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Follow company service standards and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
