ServiceNow Administrator


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure and customize modules, forms, workflows, and business rules
  • Manage users, groups, roles, and RBAC to enforce secure access
  • Troubleshoot issues related to performance, workflows, and integrations
  • Monitor platform performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Plan and execute version upgrades, patches, and update sets
  • Stay updated on new features and best practices in ServiceNow


Skills & Expertise Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration
  • Deep knowledge of platform configuration and workflow automation
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Expertise in access control, data security, and role-based permissions
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
