Job Description

  • ServiceNow HRSD Configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Onboarding.
  • Custom Application Development: Build custom applications and integrate them with other HR tools and ServiceNow modules to optimize HR service delivery.
  • HR Service Automation: Create workflows, forms, and scripts to automate HR processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and third-party HR systems (e.g., payroll, time management, benefits administration).
  • Enhancements and Upgrades: Implement new features and functionalities as part of platform upgrades and ensure the system meets HR business requirements.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow HRSD functionalities.
  • Collaboration with HR and IT Teams: Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet HR needs.
  • Documentation and Training: Prepare technical documentation and provide training for HR users to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.

Primary Skills

  • ServiceNow HRSD Expertise: Proficiency in HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Onboarding modules.
  • Custom Development: Strong experience in developing custom applications, workflows, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
  • Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs and mid-server configurations.
  • Process Automation: Ability to automate HR workflows, tasks, and approvals to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving & Support: Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support for HRSD functionalities.
