Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise store operations during the assigned shift.
• Manage staff allocation, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure smooth opening/closing of store as per SOP.
• Monitor billing counters and reduce customer wait times.
• Check stock levels, follow FIFO & FEFO practices.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist customers in selecting products and explain offers/promotions.
• Maintain product display and ensure FIFO stock rotation.
• Operate billing counters and handle cash/UPI/card transactions accurately.
• Update shelf tags, pricing, and promotional displays.
• Keep the section clean and follow hygiene & food safety guidelines.
• Report daily sales, stock levels, and customer feedback to the store manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and stock management.
