Job Summary


The Showroom Administrator is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, accounts, warehouse, and management while maintaining accurate records and compliance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily showroom administrative activities and documentation
  • Maintain records related to staff attendance, leave, and duty rosters
  • Handle office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures

Sales & Coordination

  • Support and Coordinate with sales team for order processing and customer documentation
  • Maintain customer records, quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules
  • Follow up with accounts team on billing, payments, and outstanding amounts
  • Assist showroom manager in daily reporting and MIS preparation
  • Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and inward/outward entries
  • Maintain stock records and support periodic stock audits
  • Follow up with vendors, transporters, and service teams for deliveries
  • HR & Staff Support Assist HR in attendance data, and payroll inputs
  • Address basic staff administrative queries
  • Ensure discipline and proper documentation within the showroom

Reporting & Compliance


  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management
  • Ensure statutory and internal compliance documents are maintained
  • Support internal audits and management reviews

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Understanding of retail/showroom operations preferred
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping skills
