Showroom Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage overall showroom operations and staff.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of vehicles in the showroom.
• Handle walk-in customers and support the team in closing sales.
• Monitor enquiry handling, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with service and store departments for smooth operations.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
