Showroom Manager

Job Responsibility:     :

·        Handle the ambiance of the store on all fronts (signboard, music, cleanliness, maintenance, display, décor etc).

·        Handle customers who visit the showroom, welcoming them, attend to them, know their needs and suggest products accordingly, provide quote, follow up and ensure sale is closed. 

·        General Administration (Handling all aspects of staffs), Showroom opening, IN & Out time management, assignment of tasks, on time completion, obtaining reports, CRM updation, conduct daily and weekly review meeting, recruiting, training, development and grooming, etc.).

·        Managing company assets, including ordering stocks, ensuing all the latest / running model stocks are in display, providing product feedback to vendor managing inventory including repair and space parts.

·        Interact with vendors, architects and other business houses for project implementation, souring and training needs. This will include third party vendors.

Candidate need to be proactive, forward thinking with a long term career plan (SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE OWNERSHIP AND NOT JUST BE AN EMPLOYEE).

Requirement : Graduate or Post Graduates with excellent communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi. (all three language are mandatory).
