Job Title: Sales Executive – TATA Croma Retail Store

Education Qualification: Minimum 12th Standard (Higher Secondary)

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team at TATA Croma Retail Store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process billing and manage point-of-sale transactions.
• Stay updated on new product launches and promotions.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of retail sales and customer service.

Experience:
