Showroom Sales Associate

You’ll be the first point of contact in our showroom — welcoming visitors, guiding them through products, and driving sales with excellent personalized service.

• ✅ Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers as they enter, determine their requirements, and guide them through product options.
• Provide in-depth product information, demonstrations, and comparison advice.
• Process sales via POS systems, handle cash/card payments, and prepare invoices or documentation.
• Maintain showroom appeal: restock displays, oversee inventory, and ensure cleanliness.
• Keep product records updated, escalate customer issues, and collaborate with management.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and follow‑up calls.

• 🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred in related fields).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Familiarity with POS/CRM tools and basic math for transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to build rapport with clients

• Experience in handling product samples or high‑end interior design or electronics.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor offerings.
• Fluency in additional regional languages.
