Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹21,000/month + Sales Incentives

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers welcome)

About the Role :

We are hiring a motivated and customer-friendly Sales Executive to drive showroom sales of tiles and bath fittings. You will be the face of our brand — guiding customers from enquiry to final purchase.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and approach potential clients — homeowners, builders, contractors, and interior designers
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, WhatsApp, and Instagram outreach
• Make follow-up calls and messages to convert enquiries into confirmed orders

2. Customer Handling & Sales

• Greet walk-in customers, understand their project needs, and recommend the right products
• Present product options with samples, explain pricing, finishes, and availability
• Negotiate and close deals confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction

3. Quotation & Order Management

• Prepare and share accurate quotations with clients
• Record confirmed orders in Vyapar/Tally and coordinate with the billing team
• Ensure orders are fulfilled on time by coordinating with the delivery team

4. Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with repeat clients, architects, and contractors
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly
• Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals

5. Reporting & Targets

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
• Maintain a daily record of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales closures
• Share weekly sales updates with the manager

6. Market Awareness

• Stay updated on new tile collections and competitor pricing
• Provide customer feedback to management to improve product range and service

Daily Tasks at a Glance

• Attend walk-in customers and conduct product demonstrations
• Make 10–15 follow-up calls to leads daily
• Update order status and billing entries
• Coordinate with delivery team for dispatch
• Share end-of-day sales report with manager

Required Qualifications

• Any degree (B.Com, BA, BSc, or equivalent)
• Fluent in Tamil; basic English communication
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, tiles, or building materials preferred
• Basic smartphone and computer skills
