Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service

Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses

Working with the store team in assisting them in achieving the store targets

Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the

store SOP's

Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store

level.

Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher

NPS for the store.

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.

Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS

blasts are sent as per management direction.

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent

customer service (especially during peak times).

The candidate must be Graduate with pleasant personality and good

communication skills, Must be fluent in English.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Greeting customers and find out the needs.
