Project Engineer (Site Engineer) – Cleanroom & HVAC WorksRoles and Responsibilities:1. Project Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to cleanroom and HVAC installation works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with design and planning teams to resolve technical/site issues.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of works.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate between civil, electrical, and HVAC teams for proper sequencing of activities.
• Attend site meetings and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure installation quality as per cleanroom standards (ISO Class 5–8 or as specified).
• Inspect HVAC ducting, PUF panels, AHUs, diffusers, and filters before installation.
• Conduct air balancing, pressure testing, and validation support.

4. Material Management

• Verify material deliveries against BOQ/specifications.
• Plan and request materials in advance to avoid project delays.
• Maintain proper record of material usage and wastage.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce site safety procedures and ensure all workers follow safety norms.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per site standards.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site logbooks and inspection reports.
• Prepare work completion checklists, testing & commissioning reports.
• Support project handover documentation and client approvals.

7. Technical Support

• Support design changes or site modifications as per client requirements.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and validation of HVAC systems and cleanroom areas.

8. Team Management

• Supervise and guide technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work discipline and productivity among site teams.
