Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
  • Manage site materials and ensure proper usage
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling
  • Maintain documentation including drawings, BOQs, and site records
