Site Engineer

Execute and oversee site activities by coordinating manpower, materials, and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards, thereby supporting smooth and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

1.    Supervise site construction activities by monitoring manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and timelines.

2.    Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants through meetings and follow-ups to ensure timely issue resolution and workflow continuity.

3.    Monitor daily progress by maintaining reports and tracking schedules to ensure target achievement as per project plan.

4.    Inspect materials and workmanship through quality checks and verifications to ensure compliance with standards and minimize rework.

5.    Implement safety norms by conducting toolbox talks and enforcing site regulations to ensure zero accidents and safe work environment.

6.    Prepare daily/weekly progress reports by recording actual site performance to ensure accurate project tracking and management updates.

7.    Assist in planning and allocation by identifying manpower, material, and equipment needs in advance to ensure uninterrupted site activities.

8.    Verify work quantities and measurements by cross-checking with drawings and site conditions to ensure accurate billing and cost control.
