Job Description
- Setting Out and Technical Support: Surveying the site, setting out site layouts, and providing technical, structural, and engineering advice to subcontractors and workers.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensuring construction complies with building regulations, health and safety legislation, and technical drawings.
- Site Supervision and Management: Managing day-to-day operations, organizing materials, and reviewing work progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing site reports, maintaining records, managing structural plans, and resolving technical issues or unexpected problems.
- Coordination: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to coordinate site activities
