Job Description

  • Candidates should ensure that construction projects are executed safely, on time, and in strict accordance with engineering designs.Supervise all day-to-day civil construction activities.Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors, to ensure efficient task delegation.Proficiency in reading blueprints, knowledge of civil materials, and sometimes AutoCAD for reviewing drawings. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to work under high pressure.
