Job Summary: The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects on-site. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The Site Engineer will coordinate with various teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals, to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align construction activities with project timelines and goals.
• Quality Control: Inspect and monitor construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including site activities, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise on-site, such as delays, safety concerns, or design modifications, and propose solutions.
• Material Management: Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring the availability of required resources without causing delays.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site and that workers are equipped with necessary safety gear.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0 to 8 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is a plus.
• Two Wheeler and Driving license
