Site Engineer - Waterproofing

ROLE SUMMARY

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities for waterproofing projects, ensuring quality, safety,

and timely execution.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

• Supervise site execution of waterproofing works.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Maintain site material records and daily progress reports.

• Communicate updates to management and clients.

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

• On-time project completion.

• Quality compliance as per standards.

• Effective site coordination and minimal rework.

• Client satisfaction and timely reporting.

SKILLS & ATTITUDE (A IN BARE FIT)

REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED SKILLS

• Good English communication (written &

spoken).

• Smart and Respondible

• Willing to travel across the City & state

• Proficiency in basic computer & email handling.

• Site supervision & coordination.

• Tamil or Telugu communication skills

(advantage).

• Knowledge of waterproofing techniques.

EXPERIENCE RANGE

1–2 years in site supervision (civil)
