Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule
• Monitor labour, materials, and site execution quality
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
• Maintain site reports, measurements, and daily progress records
• Ensure safety rules and quality standards are followed at site
• Assist in planning and organizing project activities
• Check drawings, BOQs, and ensure correct implementation on site

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of civil execution, measurements, and site supervision
• Understanding of construction materials and methods
• Basic technical drawing reading skills
• Ability to manage labour and handle site challenges
• Problem-solving skills

Job Details:

Experience: Fresher to 2+ Years

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Location: On-site (Chennai Projects)

Notice Period: 3 Months

Work Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM

Working Days: 6 Days
