Site Supervisor

SJS Builders is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is executed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards and design specifications.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise all on-site civil work including excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, etc.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labor teams, and material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and communicate with project engineers and site managers.
• Manage site resources effectively (manpower, tools, and materials).
• Assist in planning work schedules, sequencing, and allocation of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation.
• Report site issues, risks, and delays promptly to the project head.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the construction site.
