• Assess skin type, condition, and concerns.
• Develop personalized medi-facial treatment plans.
• Explain procedures, expected results, aftercare, and contraindications.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

2. Perform Medi-Facial TreatmentsPerform advanced medi-facials using medical-grade products and equipment.

• Provide treatments such as:

• Microdermabrasion
• LED light therapy
• Oxygen facials
• Acne and pigmentation treatments
• Follow clinic protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures.

3. Client Care & AftercareProvide post-treatment care instructions.

• Monitor client progress and recommend follow-up treatments.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction.

4. Product Knowledge & SalesRecommend appropriate skincare products.

• Educate clients on home-care routines.
• Achieve monthly retail and service targets (if applicable). 5. Clinic Operations Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Manage appointment scheduling as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in stock management of skincare products and consumables.
• Required QualificationsCertification/Diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Skin Therapy.
• Valid professional license (if required by local regulations).
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Hands-on experience in performing medi-facials and advanced skin treatments.
