Social Media Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and post engaging content regularly — including reels, stories, and posts.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
• Write engaging captions, trending hashtags, and coordinate with the team for timely updates.
• Develop monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor performance, track insights, and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply them to our brand’s growth.

Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Strong photo and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Good communication skills in English (Tamil knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple pages, schedules, and content formats.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.
