Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta + Google Ads) – Lead Generation

About Us:

Placement Point Solutions is a leading IT training institute generating large-scale leads for high-ticket programs like SAP, AWS, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, Ethical Hacking, and more.

We currently spend ₹20,000 per day (₹6L+ per month) on paid ads.

We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketer who can generate high-quality leads with lower CPL and improved cost per admission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Generate high-quality leads (not junk leads)
• Reduce CPL while improving admission rate
• Build structured Cold–Warm–Hot funnel strategy
• Handle:
• Instant Form Ads
• WhatsApp Ads
• Retargeting campaigns
• Lookalike & Custom audiences
• Search intent campaigns
• Optimize campaigns daily based on performance data
• Implement Pixel, Conversion Tracking & GA4
• Coordinate with sales team to improve conversion ratio

What We Expect:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Meta & Google Ads
• Must have handled ₹5L+ monthly budget (₹10L preferred)
• Strong experience in Education / EdTech Lead Generation
• Proven ability to deliver:
• Low CPL
• High Intent Leads
• Scalable campaign structure
• Deep understanding of audience filtering & qualification
• Data-driven approach (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Admission metrics)
