About the Role : We are hiring a creative Social Media Manager with construction industry content experience and strong skills in video editing, graphic design, social media handling & LinkedIn management.

Job Role

We are hiring a Social Media & Content person who can:

• Create content about construction / PEB / infrastructure works
• Create & post high-quality videos of sites, projects, and corporate activities
• Design professional creatives, brochures, and project posts
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn pages
• Plan & execute LinkedIn personal branding content for Founder
• Shoot on-site footage & edit reels/project updates
• Maintain social media calendar & grow followers organically
• Respond to comments, DMs & build online engagement
• Track performance analytics & prepare weekly reports
• Visit sites & take photos/videos

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
