Social Media Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Specialist who can manage Inventaa’s social media end-to-end—from content planning to posting, engagement, and performance tracking.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Strategy

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create content ideas for reels, posts, stories, and carousels
• Translate product USPs (waterproof, solar, easy installation, premium design) into engaging content

Execution

• Coordinate shoots or work with existing product photos/videos
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging

Growth & Engagement

• Manage daily posting and community engagement (comments, DMs)
• Track trends, audio, and formats relevant to reels
• Collaborate with marketing team for launches, offers, and campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, conversions)
• Share weekly/monthly insights and improvement suggestions
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram & Facebook (reels-first mindset)
• Basic copywriting and visual sense for premium brands
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver independently
• Good to Have (Bonus)Experience with D2C, home décor, lighting, or lifestyle brands
• Basic video editing knowledge (Reels-focused)
• Understanding of paid social creatives
