Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge in Software licensing, entitlement, compliance and non-compliance.
- Basic knowledge in software installation, troubleshooting, Software applications etc.,.
- Handle the tickets raised in the ServiceNow tool.
- Maintain the End to End process of Software assets.
- Microsoft licensing.
- IT Procurement.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
