Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Chennai. You will lead the software development process from end-to-end or for specific product lifecycle stages. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend, Workday Core Integrations - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions - Knowledge of cloud technologies and integration platforms Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Extend - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
