Software support consultant (Application support)

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Description:

• BE/BTech in Comp Sci or Mech or equivalent

Must have:

• Exp working in MySQL database and a web front-end
• Knowledge working on AWS cloud applications
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD process
• Knowledge in UML modeling and analysis (using Enterprise Architect tool)

Good to have:

• Working knowledge of and Tickets handling
• Experience working as support consultant
