Software Testing Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Testing Trainer with hands-on experience in Selenium and Cucumber (BDD Framework) to deliver practical and industry-oriented training. The candidate should be capable of training students on automation frameworks and real-time project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on:

Manual Testing fundamentals

SDLC & STLC

Selenium WebDriver

Cucumber (BDD Framework)

TestNG / JUnit basics

Train students on:

Page Object Model (POM)

Framework development basics

Writing feature files & step definitions

Conduct live automation projects

Prepare assignments, assessments & real-time scenarios

Conduct mock interviews and placement preparation

Monitor student performance and provide mentoring

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in:

Selenium WebDriver

Cucumber (BDD)

Core Java (for automation scripting)

Knowledge of:

TestNG / JUnit

Maven

Git

JIRA or any defect tracking tool

Basic SQL knowledge

Understanding of automation framework structure

Soft Skills

Good communication & presentation skills

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Strong mentoring and guidance skills

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

Automation Testing certification (preferred)
