Solution Architect (Telecom OSS)

We are seeking an experienced Telecom OSS Architect/Designer with deep expertise in the OSS domain and proven experience with network inventory solutions like Cramer and BluePlanet Inventory (BPI). The ideal candidate will also be passionate about knowledge sharing, capable of delivering training on inventory platforms, and adept at architecting comprehensive Network Inventory solutions for telecom operators.

Key Responsibilities

• OSS Solution Architecture: Design and develop end-to-end OSS solutions, focusing on network inventory systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-ready OSS solutions.
• Define system integrations, workflows, and data flows for inventory systems like Cramer or BPI.
• Network Inventory Expertise: Lead the design, customization, and implementation of network inventory solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise in inventory management, including resource modeling, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Platform Training: Conduct training sessions on inventory platforms such as BPI, focusing on functionality, usage, and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive training material, including user guides, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Serve as a mentor to team members and client personnel, enabling knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on OSS strategy and network inventory best practices.
• Required Skills: Tech Skills: Core Java, Spring boot, SQL (hands on with coding) Overall 8+ years of experience, who has excellent understanding of Telecom Domain, and experience of Consulting / Solution Design / Solution Architecture for Telecom Solutions (Products and Services development).
• Ability to analyze Telco processes, simplify them and develop solutions in alignment with architecture principles.
• Experience in working with business and application teams to collect requirements and deliver solutions.
• Experience in OSS is must, at least 5+ Years. Understands Open API or TMF API specification or API based integration with partners Define L2/L3 data model using reference data architecture like SID Developing micro services-based architecture Experience of using modelling tools for architecture development Good experience in data modelling and integration patterns.
• Has good understanding of frameworks relevant for Telecommunications domain (for e.g. eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA) Good communication and Presentation skills

Required Qualifications
