Sound Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Sound Engineer with hands-on experience in audio recording, mixing, mastering, dubbing, and editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong ear for sound quality, technical expertise with audio equipment and software, and the ability to deliver high-quality audio outputs across different formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle audio recording for music, voiceovers, films, advertisements, podcasts, and digital content
• Perform mixing and mastering to achieve professional-grade sound quality
• Manage dubbing and voice synchronization for video and multimedia projects
• Edit audio tracks to remove noise, balance levels, enhance clarity, and improve overall sound
• Set up, operate, and maintain audio recording equipment, microphones, mixers, and studio systems
• Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, and artists to meet creative requirements
• Ensure audio output meets technical and broadcast standards
• Maintain organized audio files and project backups
• Troubleshoot technical audio issues during recording or post-production

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mixing & mastering techniques
• Experience in recording, dubbing, and audio editing
• Proficiency in audio software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Adobe Audition, FL Studio, or similar DAWs
• Good understanding of sound acoustics, EQ, compression, and effects
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and sound quality
