Souring Manager

Lead and manage field recruiters for bulk hiring requirements

Plan and execute field sourcing strategies (job camps, drives, campus hiring, references)

Conduct on-ground recruitment activities in different locations

Source candidates through direct walk-ins, local networks, and vendor coordination

Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for requirement fulfillment

Maintain candidate database and track pipeline

Monitor team performance and improve productivity

Handle bulk hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics roles

Required Skills:

Strong experience in field recruitment / blue-collar hiring

Team handling experience

Good knowledge of local hiring markets

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to travel and manage multiple locations
