General Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

 

Your Task:

• Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Monitor production processes and perform audits to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability
• Maintain documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance
• Support product developments, End to End management and supplier quality management
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends
• Focal point of contact for plant audits

 

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 5 - 12 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors

• Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience working with international teams and suppliers
