DEPARTRMENT: Global Blades - Process Engineering 

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

• Provide onsite technical support in the shopfloor for new project ramp ups (legacy blades) and to solve operational issues in existing projects
• Execute and coordinate process audits for all blade types in the Nordex blade network
• Create and implement best practice technology within the blade programs and projects
• Ensuring lessons learnt throughout whole footprint, eliminating recurring quality issues, reducing costs and improving production cycles
• Coordinate and support local engineers in material industrialization and shop floor trials
• Creation and verification of manufacturing BoMs for blade projects, drive best practices

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 8+ years experience within blade manufacturing is required, preferred in production or/and process departments
• Willingness to work in shopfloor projects
• Strong communication skills on engineering level as well as in blue collar level
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Fluency in English is mandatory
